Twitblogs
Version 0.25, Alpha - 11th March 2009

Twitblogs is a complimentary blogging platform to Twitter, allowing you to say more than 140 characters when the need arises. It also enables you to share your pictures and videos with your Twitter friends and followers.

Twitblogs is hosted by our friends at EveryCity and runs on Sun Microsystems OpenSolaris using Apache, MySQL as well as Zend PHP - aka the "SAMP" Stack. Furthermore Twitblogs uses Amazon's S3 to host all your images and Amazon's CloudFront content delivery network to rapidly distribute them.

Our primary aim for this alpha build was to replicate your Twitter environment - i.e your same Twitter credentials, look & feel whilst offering a rudimentary blogging platform. Our secondary aim was to test the infrastructure's robustness and scalability.

In this alpha phase we are very keen to get your feedback and thoughts about Twitblogs. If you have new ideas or suggestions for enhancements please let us know on our Uservoice Forum or contact us at info@twitblogs.com

Once again thank you for trying Twitblogs and please tell your friends about us.
